Anthony “Minh” Nguyen’s journey into health and fitness began in Atlanta in 2001, when a single Muay Thai class revealed how out of shape he truly was — and sparked a lifelong pursuit of martial arts and self-improvement. What started as a personal challenge quickly became a passion for training, learning, and eventually teaching.
After moving to Orange County, California, Minh began teaching Muay Thai and strength & conditioning at Total MMA Studios, where he discovered how simple, fundamental exercises could transform lives. By 2012, he turned his obsession into a career, becoming a certified personal trainer at Gold’s Gym Fullerton and working with teenagers, adults, and seniors to build strength, teach martial arts, and design life-style changes.
When his father fell ill in 2017, Minh returned home to Atlanta, where he launched One Change, LLC, a coaching business built on the belief that one change can spark a lifetime of transformation.
Today, Minh coaches out of Team Octopus Fitness (Midtown), provides private training across Atlanta, and partners with companies to deliver wellness programs that improve health and performance at work.
Over the years, Minh has guided more than a thousand clients in their health and fitness journeys. His mission is simple yet powerful: to inspire, empower, and optimize lives through martial arts, functional training, and continued education.
